the time lapse was taken with a Microsoft Lumia 650 using the Lumia Camera “app” that allows for manual control of most of the settings. obviously I forgot (still asleep is my excuse) to force White Balance to anything other than Auto. which is why it pulses. 4 seconds is the longest shutter. and focus has a infinity setting meaning it will not chase the nothing of black sky. the nifty setting dial would work better if the little icons to activate it were bigger. kids who have working eyes must make these things.
the Canon S95 missed. I had it aimed to the wrong place. so the only thing it snapped was a dim trail going over the neighbors rooftop.
